Only ACTIVE machines above the 50 included with Business Pro are charged, at $1 per machine per month. A machine you have switched off is not counted. Operations does not have an additional-machine rate: it is capped at 10 machines, so the next one is refused rather than billed. Move to Business Pro for more. Locations are never counted or capped on either plan.
Example: 75 active machines = $59.99 + $25 = $84.99 per month.
Add a payment card before day 30 and Business Pro starts at $59.99 a month, billed monthly. Add none and the trial cancels itself and you are charged nothing. Nothing is billed during the trial either way.
Not for the trial. Business Pro is free for 30 days on one machine with no card. Operations, annual billing and the Intelligence add-on all take a card and bill as soon as checkout completes.
No. Intelligence stays off for the 30 days, and that is stated rather than discovered. Once a plan starts, Business Pro includes 5 Intelligence actions a month, renewed on the first and usable on any Intelligence feature. The Intelligence add-on adds 50 actions a month on top of them, and each $5/month action pack adds 50 more.
Podtega organizes your sales data and prepares the Excel report for you, split by the city that levies the tax. Each filing period is listed with its status, so you can see which ones are still outstanding and which are done. You review the report and submit the filing: the tax treatment and the submission stay with you.
Sales data syncs automatically for Haha Machines. Integrations for 365 Retail Markets, Cantaloupe Seed, Nayax and Wevend are coming soon. Until then, and for any other platform, you upload a sales report, Pico reports from 365 included. For a format we have not seen, you map the columns once. A file needs an order number, a machine number and an amount.
Yes, in-app from Billing, at any time. A change of plan is priced by Stripe and the figure is shown before you confirm it. Cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
